All Services require a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, milestones, and fees. A non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing to secure resources. Scheduled work may be rescheduled as set forth below. All fees for work commenced are non-refundable due to dedicated allocation of personnel and technology resources.

3. Info Product Terms

Info Products are provided as immediate digital access upon payment. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase if a material defect is identified. Beyond this period, all sales are final due to instantaneous delivery.

4. Goods Terms

Goods are eligible for interaction or refund if reported defective within fourteen days of shipment. To arrange, contact customer support for instructions. The item must be sent back in original packaging at the customer’s expense. After fourteen days, no interaction or refund is available.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees must be paid by the dates specified in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unpaid orders or invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of Services or delivery.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

For Services not yet commenced, you may cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit. Once work has begun, no refunds are available. However, you may reschedule as described below.

6.2 Info Products

Requests for refunds of Info Products must be submitted in writing within seven days of purchase. Eligible refunds will be processed by the original payment method within thirty days of approval.

6.3 Goods

Approved interactions or refunds for Goods will be processed within thirty days after we receive the shipped item. Refunds are issued by the original payment method.

7. Scheduling Adjustments

To reschedule Services, notify Elantris at least fourteen days before the scheduled start date. Rescheduled work must occur within ninety days of the original date. All other changes may incur additional fees.
